  I’ve been a big fan of Charles Tyrwhitt shirts for years and now buy them almost exclusively. The fit works especially well for me. I’m 5'9" and typically wear a 16 neck with 33 sleeve length in the extra slim fit, which fits my torso perfectly. Their selection is consistently strong, with a wide range of styles and fabric options, and I’ve been impressed with every one I’ve tried. It’s easy to find shirts that look sharp and feel comfortable. Shipping and availability have also improved significantly as they’ve expanded more in the U.S., which has made the overall experience even better. For the quality, I find their pricing to be very reasonable and a great value. I only order online and cannot speak to the store.

  I am writing to warn customers of a Charles Tyrwhitt terrible service policy. I was given a gift voucher to the company's products. After reviewing the products in its catalogue, and ordering (and then returning) two sport coats, I determined there were no products that would meet my expectations. I therefore asked customer service to please just refund the gift voucher amount to the original purchaser. After giving me two different answers with regard to its policy for such a request, they ultimately determined that would not refund the money. I was told I was stuck. Of course, I will now spend someone else's hard-earned money to buy something and give it away. But the company will not see me buying their products after that and I suggest you consider buying from a more consumer-friendly retailer as well.
