- PRPaula Rubello6 days ago1.0Horrible customer service. Had an appointment, they told me to look around and someone would come assist me. Meanwhile, people are walking in without an appointment and getting helped right away. Decided to leave after 20 minutes of not receiving any assistance. Went to Bergdorf Goodman instead and received much better service and found what I wanted.

I loveee them. I got really lucky to have such fun, patient and wonderful SA's here at the Soho location. They always help me find what I'm looking for in terms of accessories or make up. Can't wait to have another shopping day soon!
