  I got one of their new lip balms and could barely drag it across my lips. It’s so dry and has a strange chemical smell unlike the one I tried on in the store. When i took it back to exchange for a regular lipstick, the manager refused to even look at it to consider whether it was faulty, and simply said he can’t do an exchange. Very disappointing for this brand and I urge other customers not to get the lip balm it’s awful. They also deleted any comments I wrote about my experience on social media so I expect this may disappear too

  I went in on the evening of a weekday and was greeted by a staff. I told the staff that I was looking for a specific bag. I was in a rush as I was trying to rush to my mom’s bday in BK. Then, I was introduced to Junyu. Junyu was very courteous, welcoming, kind and respectful and attentive. Junyu helped me pick out the right color of the bag for my mom. You made shopping easy at Celine. Oh, Junyu was very patient and calm. Loved the experience at Celine. Thank you Junyu for your amazing service! God bless you and your teammates. 😍

  Love this store. The merchandising is on point but most notably, the staff are nice. So many of these luxury stores come with complementary snobby staff that look as they're bothered for working a job they applied to do. However, every time I've been in this Celine store, I've been treated with respect, even the times I did not make a purchase. There is one associate here that's helped me a bunch and I always pop in when I'm on Wooster to see if they're working. She's such a sweetheart and has made me love the brand a little more.
