  Went into the store to buy a perfume. Not only no one helped me or even came closer to ask if I needed something, but they stayed away helping all the other people in the store that fun fact didn’t even buy something. What’s funny is I ask to get the perfume, I was ironically laughed at after they asked me how many bottles did I need and I relied one. At the counter they even dared to ask me if someone assisted me, no thanks no one assisted me, and you know that because you saw me and avoided me thinking I wouldn’t buy anything. Bought the perfume, not even a tester to make people smell other fragrances. Not only that, but they messed up the perfume, gave me another one and just grabbed the bag out of my hands and gave me the right perfume without saying I am sorry. Good to know they judge a book by its cover, but sadly for them who probably went only to high school, I am able to buy whatever I want, and when I enter somewhere the bare minimum is to be respected. I have never seen a ruder and disrespectful staff. They thought I couldn’t afford anything, little do they know I have more than just a Celine perfume at home. But what else to say than just ignorant will always stay ignorant.

  I went into this boutique the afternoon of 4 OCT. I asked what the strap drop length of a particular bag was. I was given a very vague answer. I then said I would like to try the bag on to see where the bag would fall if I were to wear it crossbody. Instead of providing me the piece or heck even ask my name, really anything that resembled basic courtesy, she simply pointed to where the bag falls on her. Saying it will fall here. Ok, great. You are a petite Asian and I am not. So again I say I'd like to see the bag to know where it would fall on me. She responded again by just pointing at herself. I said oh I guess that's that then, can't see for myself. Somewhat still wrapping my mind around what was happening I shuffled over to the sunglasses. I saw a pair I adored and I then glance up and BAM she's right there staring at me. Not in a helpful way. It was appalling. I guess I didn't meet her standards. Was carrying a $3500 handbag but wasn't good enough to try on a bag a Celine. I don't care if I rolled up in there in a paper bag, it's just rude. And this was my 2nd attempt on this bag as I walked around the block in circles 2 weeks ago looking for the Soho boutique. I can assure you there will not be a 3rd attempt.

  Sales associates don’t tell you details about returning and exchanging. No one seems to know much about the products. Low stock and rude workers. I’d rather shop online

  Sales associates were so nice, knowledgable about the brand, and patient with me as I spent 2 hours choosing my first Celine purchase. They understood that I wanted to be 100% satisfied. I love my new bag! I will be back again for more. Thank you Celine at Saks!
