  Well, there’s nothing else to do, but to quickly make a purchase and get out. Every time I come here there’s always a bitter aftertaste. The sales associates don’t know anything else expect carrying stuff. They are not capable of talking, and even if they do, they are the best at passing sharp and hurtful phrases to you. My last sale’s associate even called the boutique a store. Spot on. That is what it is. Just a deli, not a Cartier boutique.

  If you go to this location, ask for ALBERTO!!!!! He is quite literally the best sales associate. From the moment we saw him, he was outgoing, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable and genuinely excited to make a purchase. We had been waiting longer than the original estimate, but he noticed us still waiting after passing by twice and immediately stepped in to help. He was clearly concerned about our wait and didn’t want us to continue sitting there, so he took us right away. He was attentive, thoughtful, and consistently checked in. offering us drinks and making sure we were comfortable the whole time. After leaving the Fifth Avenue store, we came to the SoHo location to see if all Cartier locations felt tense and unwelcoming, but he completely changed our perspective. Truly an exceptional experience thanks to him.

  Marcelo is a great rep for your appointment and Alberto helped me get a quick pick up of my piece when I was in a huge rush to leave for an appointment, great experience 👍🏻
