  I had the most awful experience at the Cartier Hudson Yards location while visiting the store today to polish my Cartier bracelets. I was looked down upon and treated horribly by the staff. One woman was repeatedly asking me why I am there and the services I came in for. I was dressed causally with my children. The service and the looks of the staff was unprofessional. I expected more professionalism from such a prominent store and location. I was also hurt while an employee was putting on my bracelets. I have a gush cut on my left arm. Please avoid this location. Go to other Cartier stores like the one on 5th Ave which is more professional.

  Jason is amazing, super helpful, kind and someone who values their clients. I went in for an exchange with my boyfriend. We were helped immediately and given such amazing customer service. I got my exchange seamlessly and I love my new bracelet... 100% coming back Hudson Yards for my future purchases. I am beyond happy. 10/10 experience.

  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at the Cartier Hudson Yards boutique. My husband and I purchased a ring at the Cartier boutique in 5th avenue. The sales associate did not properly advise me on the size, but we were assured that exchanges were possible within 30 days. I therefore scheduled an appointment at the Hudson Yards boutique, where I live, to exchange the ring for a larger size. Before the appointment, I specifically asked to meet with a French-speaking advisor, as Cartier is a French brand and I wanted to feel comfortable discussing my questions. I was told the appointment would be with the manager, Amandine. However, when I arrived, the manager was not there and no one had informed me beforehand. Even if she was unavailable or sick, it would have been professional to notify the client so that I would not travel for nothing. I was assisted by a salesperson who did not speak French, was not professional, and could not properly advise me. Despite being within the 30-day period, they refused to exchange the ring for a larger size, claiming there were “signs of wear,” even though the ring could easily be cleaned. It is very disappointing for a boutique in a prestigious location like Hudson Yards not to meet basic commercial expectations: honoring appointments, informing clients of changes, and offering reasonable exchange solutions. In the end, I was unable to exchange my ring and came for nothing since the manager was not present. I would not recommend the Hudson Yards boutique.
