  Great essentials, sitcom-level service. You walk in and the greeter stares at you like you’re lost, which is ironic, because you’re exactly where CK wants you: about to buy clothes. Inside, a squad of girls in oversized clothes is locked in a group chat huddle while customers orbit around them like background extras. You have to interrupt the meeting to get help, and then it turns into the Wrong Item Games, wrong style, wrong size, like they heard “essentials” and chose chaos instead. They even offer water for that “premium” touch, then somehow run out the second you say yes. Still a decent product, but the service? I’m buying essentials, not trying to close on a mortgage, and for a store in 2026, the whole experience just makes staying home and clicking ‘add to cart’ look genius. Honestly, you’ll probably get better service at the hot dog stand on the corner.

  I had a wonderful time last night visiting the store - Cullen and Jacob really helped me out in the fitting room! Everyone seemed happy as well 😃

  Honestly one of the strangest in-store experiences I’ve had in a long time. There were multiple employees on the floor, and when I asked a simple question, it felt like I was inconveniencing them. I left feeling genuinely uncomfortable, especially hearing staff talk about me while I was still there. Terribly. Not sure how that’s considered appropriate—do better.

  Nice selection, but there weren’t many size options available in the bras. The team was generally friendly, but the overall experience was frustrating. They offered to hold items I wanted to try on, kept saying the fitting room was busy, and by the time one opened, my items had already been put back. One associate tried to grab some of them again, but not everything, so I ended up leaving pretty annoyed. I ended up finding what I needed in mango and American Eagle.
