One of the team members started by walking us through the history of Audemars Piguet while showing the watches. He then brought in my sales associate Kazimiera, who was friendly, professional, and hospitable right from that point on. A real highlight was getting to try on the Code 11.59 Star Wheel — a truly memorable experience! The hospitality was excellent and made the whole visit even better. It felt like you were visiting a friend at their home rather than a watch boutique. If you’re considering Audemars Piguet watches, I highly recommend visiting.

I learned so much about the brand, the process and more. I am extremely excited at becoming part of the AP brand. Jonas was immensely knowledgeable and kind, he spent an extended period of time educating me on timepieces that I expressed interest in. He brought out a few pieces to try on and walked me through options for bracelets/bands, talked about curation and the importance of different styles, sizes and complications. Amazing time and experience at the AP House in Meatpacking.

She gave me so much attention, guided me through the entire collection with deep knowledge, and even showed me pieces in the museum section. She was incredibly helpful, and I felt so special and valued as a customer. I’m beyond happy with my entire visit, and I truly hope to work with Sun again in the future.

I will never buy an AP. What a terrible experience!
