  We were so happy with the service we received while shopping at this store. We’ve been loyal American Eagle customers for years, mostly shopping online, so it had been a while since we visited a physical store. I’d like to commend Melany for her five-star customer service. She went above and beyond to assist us, helping us find everything we needed and even taking extra effort to locate the specific pants I was looking for. She was attentive, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire shopping experience. Would highly recommend this store!

  Bien surtido, lo deficiente es la atención de los empleados. Pero eso es en muchos comercios. Quizás la cultura de NYC no es dar servicio al cliente

  I’ve honestly never experienced customer service this bad. I returned a pair of pants that were clearly unworn, simply because they were too big, and was refused a refund over something as minor as the tags being removed. I liked the pants enough that I went back and bought the correct size right away, thinking returning the larger pair wouldn’t be an issue. Apparently loyalty and common sense don’t matter here. Instead of working with a paying customer who literally bought the same item twice, they hid behind rigid policy with zero willingness to help. No understanding, no flexibility, no effort. Customer service like this is exactly why people stop shopping with brands. Policies are one thing, but treating people like they don’t matter is another. Really disappointing experience.
