  Today during my visit I picked up my online order, these sales associates are something else. They must think in their mind that they are a personal stylist for Anna Wintour. Guys relax! It's just Alo not Saks Fifth. I will stick with My Lulu where the atmosphere is more welcoming and the associates are extremely professional.

  If I can give this store 0 stars I would. I was barely greeted, it was like a frown and barely look at me moment. I almost did not want to shop. My daughter had a trip a needed this or else I would have saved myself the grief of shopping at this location. I was there for nearly an hour trying to get my purchase exactly what I wanted. For the entire hour I felt like I was being monitored for possible shoplifter, dressed in work attired 43 year old black woman. I guess the usual suspects smh. I then took my items down to the fitting room where another person stared straight into my soul while I was in the elevator. I never want to ever come back here. Your workers are beyond miserable and it shows. And not everyone comes to steal, use discernment. Besides the cheap quality is enough, we don’t need crappy customer service on top of it. Hope this reaches someone in upper management.
