  If I could give this location 0 stars I would. By far the worst ALO I’ve ever shopped at. The customer service is terrible, the workers are the most rude and aggressive people ever. They have no care in the world, and they obviously hate their job for whatever reason. Management is also very rude and unprofessional, and should be retrained in every aspect of the job, especially when it comes to customer complaints. They condone the rude behavior of their workers, and they have no concern or empathy to the customer no matter how much their associate is in the wrong. DONT SHOP HERE! The DUMBO location is WAY BETTER!!!

  The staff in this location are all rude. An item was labeled $18 and rang up $28. When I spoke with the rude manager he didn’t care to help or understand my issue at all and walked away with his little entitled attitude. Horrible customer service! Next time fix your inventory or charge the customer the price listed on the tag. Wish I could give zero stars for customer service.

  I had such a great experience shopping at Alo Yoga. From the moment I walked in, the store felt clean, modern, and really inviting. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful without being pushy. They took the time to answer my questions, helped me find the right sizes, and even gave thoughtful recommendations based on what I was looking for. The quality of the clothing is amazing—super comfortable, stylish, and clearly well-made. You can really feel the difference compared to other activewear brands. Overall, it was such a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this store to anyone looking for both comfort and style!

  Really rude staff, I was looking around and shopping and had to use the bathroom since they had one and this one employee yelled from the stairs that it’s for customers only and to go to a Starbucks. Do I have to buy something to use a bathroom? I had to pee so bad and was on my cycle on top of that and the Employee was really rude yelling across from the stairs like that. Would never shop there again, management needs new employees with manners.

  3/27/2026 before closing, one of the female employees on the second floor was very rude and was basically rushing us for no reason, there were plenty of other customers and we weren’t even asking for help. She also gave us false sizing recommendation lol. We were holding XS and she said if slim build, XXS would be good. We also asked if we could get another pair of leggings with an unbent price tag, since we were gifting it, but she said that’s all we have on the floor (so I know there were new ones in the storage, but she didn’t want to get it for us). Anyways, the cashier and one of the ground floor employees were so much nicer, they helped us get a new pair of leggings with a new price tag.
