- ALA LawOct 31, 20251.0This is by far the worst Edible Arrangements in the Tri-state Area. I used to walk by, wondering why it's never any customers in there. Well I know now why, it's the customer service and the attitude given by the staff. I will no longer support your business because of it. I wish I would have gotten the name of the the two nasty female employees. Please do better picking the customer service representatives you have representing your company.

I placed the order at 930am and paid extra money for the delivery to be within a hour. Not only was the delivery NOT THERE WITHIN A HOUR, it was the last delivery of the day. They left the delivery at the front desk of her building and they NEVER called her to let her know she had a delivery waiting.
