- ALA LawOct 31, 20251.0This is by far the worst Edible Arrangements in the Tri-state Area. I used to walk by, wondering why it's never any customers in there. Well I know now why, it's the customer service and the attitude given by the staff. I will no longer support your business because of it. I wish I would have gotten the name of the the two nasty female employees. Please do better picking the customer service representatives you have representing your company.

- JMJesus MenaJul 2, 20242.0I just had a terrible experience with a delivery. I was looking forward to surprising a close and dear friend of mine at work with an edible arrangement. She doesn't come to my workplace often, so I needed the package delivered before 5 p.m. The delivery driver claims that he delivered the arrangement to some random person in the lobby, and we never received the package. It's dumbfounded that the driver wouldn't verify who's getting the package. This was something we were hoping would be uplifting for my close friend since she's been going through some tough times and needed to bring a smile to her face. The worst part is that we paid for rush delivery as well. This is the most disappointing experience I've ever had with this company. They took away the joy of seeing someone who's practically family, with a bright smile and happiness.
