  They were fantastic! Above and beyond when I got the address wrong. Friendly lovely staff and fantastic flowers!!!

  I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Enchanted Flowers. I’ve ordered from them before and absolutely loved the arrangement, which is why I decided to come back for Valentine’s Day. I ordered “Romance Medley” and upgraded to the deluxe version. The description stated it would include Purple Peruvian lilies arranged with stunning red spray roses and stock. What we received looked nothing like what was advertised. There was an overwhelming amount of greenery—more than any other flower in the arrangement. Several of the purple flowers were very small, and a few were practically dead. I counted only 7–8 roses, along with some other red flowers that weren’t even mentioned in the description. On top of that, I ordered (and was charged for) two specific balloons—one that said “Happy Valentine’s Day” and one that said “I Love You.” Instead, we received two plain red balloons with no explanation or communication. For the price and the occasion, this was extremely disappointing. Valentine’s Day is not the time to cut corners. I won’t be returning

  Catalog for funeral flowers is outdated. The florist didn't really hear out our needs and just kept saying it's going to cost you more. She wasn't really customer friendly.

  No me gustó lo que recibí. Ko es ni parecido a lo que ordene por la pag web. Las flores amarillas lucen marchitas Buenos días, recibí mi refound de uber eats. Gracias por la información de reclamación para uber eats. Y deberían actualizar la información de los arreglos florales con la empresa uber eats para no tener inconvenientes.
