- BBBestyet2comeDec 6, 20231.0I normally don’t leave a comment about retail. I felt like I had to leave a comment because back to back days in here customer service in my opinion wasn’t welcoming. The 1st day I came in there(1st time ever), they had about 30min before closing. I walked in the store and there was 3 or 4 ladies in front register. One lady was closer to the entry door and told me they were closing soon, another lady yelled out “ do you need help” and I ask where is the men’s section. She pointed somewhere towards the back of the store, I wasn’t to sure exactly where she pointed. I kept walking because they seem like they were super busy I wasn’t sure what they were actually doing(store was empty). Finally, I found the men’s section looked around and didn’t find what I wanted. As I proceeded to walk out I was asking for a particular size and out of all the ladies that were standing and talking amounts each other, it was the lady that appeared pregnant who walked over and literally pointed out what I was looking for. At this point the store was about to closed and I had to go. I told them I was going to come back the next day because I wanted to price check another pair of shoes at another store… Day 2. I was running super late with about 3/4 min before the store closed. When I got to the door a lady greeted me at the door and told me their register was close and they can’t process anything else. I plead my case and told her I know exactly what shoes I need and I just want to grab them, pay and leave. She continued to tell me the register is closed. For about few minutes then I finally ask her what time they closed she said 8pm. I kid you not, I pulled my phone out my pocket in front of her and the clock said 8:00 pm on the dot. Then I asked her if they closed early and she said no we can't process anything at the register because it's closed… I didn't really understand what she meant or because when I initially got to the door there was only 4/5 min left so she decided it didn't make sense to let me in the store. It was frustrating because I ran from the parking lot trying to catch them so I could buy something that I really need.
- APAnn ParkMar 25, 20225.0Wow! Customer Service is spectacular! I am from the Syracuse area, and called to see if they had a certain pair of shoes for an upcoming bridal shower. The employees, I am so sad I didn’t get their names, went the extra mile. One took a picture of the exact shoe color and texted it to me so that I didn’t make a trip for nothing. They then held the shoes until later in the day, when I had the chance to pick them up. To top off this wonderful experience, I was given an online coupon to use. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I will make the trip to shop at your store in the future.
