  had an awesome experience at the J.Crew Factory, and this location definitely deserves all five stars. From the second I walked in, the store felt clean, organized, and easy to navigate, which already makes shopping a lot more enjoyable. The displays were neat, the shelves were well-stocked, and everything was arranged in a way where you could actually see and feel the quality of the clothes without digging around. The staff here was the highlight. Every person I interacted with was friendly, upbeat, and genuinely willing to help without being pushy. One associate helped me find the right size in a jacket I had been eyeing online, and even brought over a couple of similar options so I could compare fits. Another person helped me check the price differences between in-store and online so I could make sure I was getting the best deal. That kind of customer service really makes you want to come back. The deals were great too—good sales, solid clearance section, and quality clothes that feel like they’ll last. I ended up grabbing a couple shirts, a hoodie, and a pair of chinos, and I left feeling like I got amazing value for what I paid. Great store, great people, and great prices. I’ll definitely be back.

  I love shopping here, (the girlfriend t’s are a wardrobe must!) It’s the staff that make this location special - always helpful and always with a smile! :)

  Refreshing retail experience. Employees are extremely personable, helpful with shopping and advice and clearly enjoy their job. Excited to come here again.

  I got a gift with a gorgeous print. They have nice things!
