- MBMike BrownstoneDec 22, 20241.0Awful. Inventory not shared amongst “core” locations. Won’t accept returns from non-Macys sunglasses hut locations. Girl was nice and direct, but this company model has to be revamped. You can’t serve one of your pre-existing “customers” if you do all that you can to be inconvenient. Customers shouldn’t be expected to realize that they can’t return to sunglass huts at macys and other sunglass huts. They see the brand and are asked to expect it to be the same, but it’s clearly not. Do better or close. There’s too much competition in this space for you guys to make these silly lines in the sand. I’ll drive to an actual core location and then NEVER AGAIN.
