When I asked a simple question, the associate in glasses and a black dress thing pointed me toward cubic zirconia in a dismissive way. It was clear from her attitude that she made assumptions about me based on how I look, not on my intentions as a customer. I sat by the cases for over 30 minutes and no one offered assistance. I came prepared to spend money, but I was made to feel that my business didn’t matter. All money is green — and every customer deserves equal treatment, regardless of race or appearance. This experience was not only unprofessional but discriminatory, and I hope it is addressed immediately. Act like that towards her own kind is nasty.
