  Hit and miss when looking for sneakers. Sometimes I find things I like and other times nothing for me. Staff is friendly and helpful.

  I arrived at DSW with a warm greeting by one of the ladies behind the register. I was looking for a new pair of boots. As I was looking a young lady named Jen asked if I needed help. I had found a great pair I liked but my size wasn’t available on the floor. She immediately started looking through her inventory and at first said they didn’t have it. A couple of minutes later she said it showed she did have a pair in the back. She went and found my size and apologized that it took her long but she got stopped by another customer. It wasn’t even 5 minutes! It turned out Jen was the store manager! What a great example of dedicated, professional, courteous customer service. When I arrived at the register another polite young lady Aryannah assisted me as her colleague Jenny smiled as well. The employees at this DSW are always amazing! Thank You Jen, I’m now ready for this weeks snow! ❄️

  DSW definitely earned a full five stars on this visit. I came in looking for a comfortable everyday shoe, and I walked out with the best pair of Crocs I’ve ever owned. I know people joke about Crocs, but these things are honestly unbeatable when it comes to comfort. The moment I tried them on, I knew they were coming home with me. They’re lightweight, flexible, and have that perfect cushioned feel that makes you forget you’re even wearing shoes. The color they had in stock was this clean, dark olive green that looks even better in person than it does online. What surprised me most was how supportive they are. These aren’t the flimsy knock-offs—these are real Crocs with the arch support and durability you expect. Whether you’re walking around the house, doing errands, or heading out for the day, they feel great and don’t rub or cause any discomfort. The store was super organized, and it was easy to find what I needed. The staff was friendly, too, and didn’t rush or hover, which I always appreciate. DSW always has a massive variety, but this time I really scored. If you’re thinking about getting Crocs, trust me—grab a pair from here. These might honestly be the best Crocs I’ve ever worn.

  Not sure if it’s just me but I feel like lately DSW doesn’t have as great of a selection as they have before. Either way always fun coming here to shop.

  I usually have a great experience at dsw. Great selections and a clean environment with awesome customer service. However, today was not that day. I received coupons for my patronage in the mail for a few dollars off of different totals ( $20 off purchase over 100 etc.) as well as a free bag on a purchase over $89. I reached the counter , handed over my items totaling 170, and handed the cashier my coupons. She took both coupons and told me there were no more free bags but her coworker grabbed one from right behind her and said “ yes they are, right here” After paying I noticed the $20 dollars was not taking off. When I inquired she seemed annoyed, picked up the coupon and advised me it was not valid until October 1st. I said that’s fine but why would you keep my coupon if it wasn’t valid yet. Ultimately I got the feeling she wanted to keep the coupon for herself and did not want to give me the free bag for purchases over $89. Hope things improve as I will not support business that have shady practices or untrustworthy employees.
