Would have been nice for it to be delivered on the special day it was intended for. The app said that the delivery was completed, though it was not because when I asked the recipient, while on the phone with them, they had not received the arrangement. No call was made to the recipient, though a phone number was provided if there were any delivery issues. Last time I placed an order (Westhampton location) they delivered at almost 10:00pm. Very much done with this company. Frequent customer lost.

The store manager insisted he delivered it and said theres nothing he can do about it and didnt want to give me my money back. He said “we cant refund perishable items” sir i never got it to begin with. He said, “ i dont want to argue with you. Heres a giftcard” as he was rushing me off the phone :( i wasn't even arguing i was just trying to find out what happened!? Then my sisters bday gift came from this store, the flowers were so wilted and the strawberries had mold. Edible arrangements cmon bro..
