The dress is clearly supposed to come with a belt — I checked the official website and even showed the cashier proof because she didn’t believe me, and I pointed out that the dress itself has belt loops at the waist indicating it’s missing. She didn’t even ask about the reason of the return — I brought it up myself to be helpful so it wouldn’t get put back on the floor incomplete and cause problems for the next customer. Instead of listening, the cashier was argumentative and dismissive, insisting it “doesn’t come with a belt” just based on the picture on her screen. Another staff member jumped in to back her up without verifying anything. Not once did anyone show any basic empathy or even apologize for the inconvenience of a missing belt — they just kept doubling down. The whole interaction came across as condescending, like they assumed I didn’t know what I was talking about. What should’ve been a simple return turned into an unnecessarily unpleasant experience. Customer service here seriously needs improvement. If you’re shopping here, double check everything before you leave — especially for missing accessories like belts — because if there’s an issue, don’t expect it to be handled professionally.
