Lenny and Jesse were having a hard time with the system and taking back my items. Not once did they say we can’t do it or gave up. They did everything they could to process my return and refund my money. They were so kind and polite and really tried to do everything possible to help me and they did!!! AMAZING service ! Was just handed a receipt for store credit and I asked to be refunded to my original payment and the girl working had no idea how to process a return or refund. She pointed to the refund policy on the counter (which read 30 days exchange or return- which no where did it say store credit ONLY upon return). No explanation. She seemed to know absolutely nothing. She told me to come back another day and ask about it.. what. I shop here a lot and spend a good amount of money here and never had this issue. Who are they hiring.
