  They helped me to find a great suit. Roya, Devon and Allison are all great people and they assisted me in finding the right fit for my suit. The customer service is exceptional. Top notch people, top notch service and a top notch experience.

  I’m going to keep this short, very disappointed in my experience Monday shopping at the manhasset location. I have been wearing this brand since the beginning and im obsessed! When the manhasset location opened I was beyond thrilled. I go my usual routine which is every Monday to that store location. They have an entire new crew from the usual great staff that I have become accustomed to. I have never felt pressured to make a purchase or persuaded on any given time in the past. This store is not cheap you the quality speaks for itself, I always walk out spending 300-500 $ minimum or at least on my case. The sales associate treated me nice as he knows me from coming in every Monday for the past 5 months he has been working there. I had asked if they had the denim engineer coat, which he said umm I think? He said they had to allocate it from another store in two sizes for a client S & M. I replied great I’m prob a small since everything runs big. I try it on as well as a few other items I planned on purchasing. Fit like a glove ! I told him is he working tmrw he said Wednesday he will be back. So I said can yo hold then until Wednesday and I’ll be back. He says no it’s already sold… now I’m confused he first said one was sold for a client & they had and x tra in small. So we are going back and forth then he tells me well you have to buy it now I can’t hold it for you and it’s the last one.. store policy we can’t hold anything for you . I was taken back since I’m a regular customer and I know the policy ASLO WENT ONLINE AND THEY HAVE IN EVERY SIZE. He was pushing the sale, & this turned me off. So I felt so uncomfortable that he is manipulating me into buying the item when all I ever do is shop there. I won’t be going back to this establishment and only shop online. It’s truly sad they are losing the client relationship they used to have such a turn off for me. It’s not a target but maybe things are changing. Oh yes his name is Armondo

  Kerry is the man!! I came in to check out some jeans. Kerry was super helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He helped me find the right size and perfect color. He was also a pleasure to chat with. Thanks Kerry! 🤙

  I decided to try todd Snyder for a summer suit and I’m so glad I did. The salesperson Kerry was excellent. He took the time to get to know my preferences and provided some incredible suggestions based on what I told him. We arrived at a light grey suit that I believe is called the Madison style and I’m blown away by it. Classic tailoring meets modern elegance in a beautiful silk fabric, I can’t wait to wear it. Not only did I end up buying the suit, but also another pair of pants and 2 additional shirts. I would recommend Todd Snyder to any man looking to elevate their personal style, ask for Kerry!

  K (sorry I didn’t get the spelling of your name) was so incredibly polite and greeted me right away when I entered the store. I was searching for a new pair of jeans and they showed me all the options and set up a dressing room for me… they even showed me a really cool suede jacket! We found the perfect fit and wash. Thank you K! You’re the best!
