  I am planning to visit this Ralph location soon. My review is based on my experience with them online and by phone. I want to publicly THANKS Ryan Mullins! Best sales representative ever. Actually all Ralph Lauren representatives are good but this th is and recognition is regarding Ryan helps and customer service above and beyond she provides during my quest to find a very vintage and rare Pwings hat that is very hard to find and almost gone. Shipping was fast and process easy. Ryan Mullins thank you so much. Definitely I will come shopping at this store location.

  I went to this location to exchange a gift we received. I never specified to the SA what I was looking for, only that I would be returning/exchanging this one item while I shopped around for more. While I was looking around, she told me the things I was picking up were “out of my price range.” I honestly was so stunned I didn’t know what to say. Disappointing because I usually love RL. I certainly will not be returning to this store.

  Wendy with an I is extremely rude and “pretty womaned” me if you will. Expressing how i could not afford the garments for sale, I was repeatedly asked if i was sure about a product because of the price - I had shown no price resistance- came in looking for a specific item i wanted to buy. Wendy with an I kept me begging to try on garments she believed I couldn’t afford. She gave me her card so I could “text her if i was serious about purchasing [said garment]”. I am extremely disappointed in my service walking into this location, as I was just shopping in Naples the week prior, experiencing the most highest of customer service standards. I love the brand and will continue to shop but never step foot in Manhasset. Wendy with an I never responded to my text following up on purchasing the piece I was interested in. I hope this review reaches people who need to see the disruption Wendy with an I has caused me in my shopping experience.

  My husband and I stopped by this location while looking for something for my family. While browsing around the women section, we noticed a long pin needle lying on the carpet and pointed it out to a sales associate so no one would get hurt. Her reaction was, “Don’t scare me—is there a mouse or something?” Even after we showed her exactly where it was, she appeared impatient, which made us feel uncomfortable, as if we were at fault. She picked it up, turned away, and did not acknowledge us. At that point, we felt unwelcome and decided to leave.

  Nicole at the Ralph Lauren Manhasset store is truly exceptional. From start to finish, she went above and beyond, helping me place a large order, carefully tracking every detail, and assisting with wrapping and shipping to ensure everything was perfect. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Nicole’s customer service is truly unparalleled, and she transformed what could have been a stressful process into an outstanding experience. Ralph Lauren is fortunate to have her. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
