  I don’t like that they told me there are no boxes available until after I already purchased my bag. The SA told me to text her and she’ll let me know when the boxes are back in stock which is inconvenient for me to go back for. It would have been easier to order the same bag online and get it delivered with everything it’s supposed to come with. I felt like it was a little sneaky to not have told us they don’t have any more boxes to put the purses in. As you know bags hold more value if they come with the dust bag and box if you want to sell them in future.

  Beautiful store, wonderful service. Love the black nylon handbag & cosmetic bag line, they last long & doesn't go out of style. If anything breaks Prada will fix it for a small fee even after 10 years. Haven't bought another brand of bag in years. Love my briefcase as well, use it every day & it's still in great shape.
