The cashier didn’t ring it because I returned a few items. The cashier didn’t even check the plastic bag to confirm the items are correct. The manager on 12/1 evening are so rude and didn't helpful or courtesy to help me to check my refund. She asked me to come to the store to sought it out. Very disappointed with Nordstrom employees attitudes towards customer.
