Two issues a) some of the stafff is amazing, some either don't want to be there or don't want to help me b) the sizing. So many pretty suede pieces now for example, nothing in 16. I don't want to hear you can order online and return for free. Most women in US are above size 12, it wouldn't kill Madewell to order 14s and 16s.
