  第一次去这个店，接待的是一个短头发的中国女销售。全程不耐烦接待，所以只匆匆试了四款包，就让买了其中两款。 我问有没有礼物送，这个营业员嘲讽的说，怎么可能有礼物，说LV从不送礼物。 我就反驳问她，那之前送香水呢？ 然后她赶紧说，圣诞人那么多，我们这么忙，没时间送。 后面在和我正说话的时候，看见了另一个男顾客，直接整个人快贴上去和人家搭讪。把我们晾在了一边。 后来我走了，这次购物体验非常非常差，消费了两个包，还被同胞轻视，心里五味杂陈 昨天她还发信息给我，发了链接，原来是为了让我填写五星好评。 我请问你呢，你是怎么好意思的。

  So this Christmas my husband went into the Manhasset store to get me a bag I wanted. He was being helped by an associate and was looking at a couple of bags. Well in the middle of this another customer walked in and she walked away to help them, idk maybe she saw bigger dollar signs with them and left my husband high and dry in the store. When he said heyyyyy you were helping me what happened the girl then actually said “I’m sorry I forgot you were here”. Are you friggin kidding me?! He proceeded to leave the store and go to Gucci and Versace and buy me a bag. HORRIBLE customer service and how dare you judge anyone and just walk away from them. I am beyond pissed off!

  They told me that I have to leave my umbrella at the front. I did and got it stolen. I complained that my umbrella is missing, but no one took responsibility when they are ones who made the rule to leave them at the front. It was an expensive umbrella. I stood at the entrance asking again and again to get me an umbrella bc it was pouring outside. They ignored me saying, "theres nothing we can do". If there is nothing you can do, then why make the dumb rule to leave persons belongings outside. I used thousands of dollars here, but never coming back now.

  I went into this location on 12/8 to purchase a gift. The wait wasn’t too long, however the customer service I received was very poor. I am not one to ever play the race card but in this situation I felt judged. I told the agent what I wanted when she brought the items to me I expressed my concern that for the amount of money I was about to spent those items looked used. She immediately caught and attitude, I responded by letting her know that as a repeat customer I am not comfortable with the appearance of how my items looked especially for the amount of money I was about to spend. She rolled her eyes. I kindly put my card in my bag and left. Took my sale to the Louis Vuitton store in the Roosevelt Field Mall which gave me excellent costumer service minus the attitude.
