  Came here to get a repair quote for a bracelet that was missing a charm. The CA straight up told me that there’s nothing they can do about it because it’s not the high end jewelry. Now I’m walking away disgusted because I’m stuck with a bland bracelet that I paid over $350 for that can’t easily be repaired with a CHARM. I didn’t give up, kept the bracelet around until I decided to use the app and send a repair inquiry. They just notified me that they CAN repair the bracelet for a fee. This experience brings me back to when I brought in my neverfull to repair one strap and they told me I can’t repair one strap it has to be both. And there’s no way I’m paying +400 to fix all straps if only one is broken. I took it downtown to the flagship store and they gladly took it to repair one strap. I am disappointed at how the staff at this location dismisses repairs because they want to up charge or “money grab”. This is the closest LV to me and I will be avoiding at all costs. The CAs seem to not know their craft here!

  This location is WAY better then Roosevelt field location...They should close that location immediately

  Why does it say they close at 7 o’clock? If at 6:30 the doors are locked

  Says on here that they close at 7pm on Saturday but I got there at 6pm. They locked the doors and said they are closed. Drove an hour after verifying the time but couldnt go in. A waste of time and unprofessional

  Gianna helped me in store and was so welcoming. I had a better experience at this location versus Roosevelt field.
