He’s incredibly knowledgeable — patiently explained all the complications and details of the different models I tried on without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.     Put my name down for a model that I knew could take a while. After a few months, I emailed my rep (Umma Salma) asking if there were any other models available as I was looking to build a relationship. That has gone unanswered for well over a month now. Don’t waste your time showing up

Her professionalism and knowledge made the whole process enjoyable and memorable. London Jewelers is by far the best Rolex AD in the area — highly recommend!
