  I am writing on behalf of my mother who is incredibly heartbroken over her experience with who the older woman was working 11/17/2025. My mother upon entering was not approached, instead she was met with a nose turned up at her and the woman sitting herself back down as if to assume she would not be making any business through this interaction. All my mom wanted was for her 6 favorite rings to be resized as she has conquered many health battles and deserved her jewelry to fit and make her feel beautiful as it once did. So she approached the employee, not the other way around, and was asked “what do you want?” in a snarky tone. My mom explained what she wanted and she rolled her eyes and said “well we would need to go to the counter,” again insinuating my mother did not have funds to spend. Moving forward, at the counter she proceeded to mishandle my mother’s jewelry, shoving it back at her. She proceeded to sell her the service of “you don’t deserve and can’t afford what we have to offer” by demanding it was out of my mothers budget, very adamant about it being “too expensive.” No price range was ever discussed nor asked. She continued to overexplain the price of gold, demanding it would be too expensive for my mother to reduce the size of her ring - not add onto. At the end of this interaction, my mom now distraught grabbed her rings and left the jeweler. Unsatisfied and unbelievably offended. We will not be returning for service.

  I purchased some beautiful salt water pearl earrings for the love of my life at Scirto’s jewelers. I was very happy with my purchase and so was my girlfriend. Tom helped me pick out the pearl earrings. They were very friendly in the store and went over and above to help me find what I was looking for!
