  I bought a pair of loafers from DSW but didn’t wear them until a few weeks later - and unfortunately, they were too big and kept slipping off, which made walking tricky. I decided to try exchanging them for a smaller size and spoke with associate Karen about my situation. She was incredibly helpful and approved a one-time exchange without any hassle. DSW has a huge variety of shoe styles for any occasion, and finding the right loafers isn’t always easy - but Karen made it effortless. I’ve always shopped at DSW, and now I’m even more loyal. Thank you, Karen, and thank you to DSW at Bay Harbour Mall for providing such outstanding customer service!

  Very bad service I meant to return some boots and they treated us badly saying that once put them on they can’t be returned and we talked to the manager Karen and she treated us badly

  Not only did I find the cutest pair of Ann Klein boots that were 20% off, I also encountered some of the highest quality of customer service ever by way o 3 gentlemen, and the nicest workers in DSW in Far Rockaway/Inwood… Justin, who by the way is only 16 years old, and his coworkers Lionel and Gyro that’s right Gyro like the sandwich!!!! 3 polite kind and helpful workers at the DSW in Far Rockaway Inwood…Kudos to you guys..we need more staff like you who show customers the type of care and service you provided me on today … you all deserve a raise and a day off. I thank you 3 and wish you all a great holiday season and keep up the great work at DSW!!!!!
