  These employees are pretty rude. I called to ask a question, and the guy just hung up on me, even though I wasn’t being disrespectful at all.

  If i could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I went in and approached the only employee there and spoke to her about a purchase I had made. When out of ABSOLUTELY nowhere a random man approached me very aggressively and interrupted my conversation with “what’s the problem?” as I was very confused as to who he was I asked “excuse me why are you being so aggressive?” Still at this point did he not introduce himself that he was an employee at this location. Come to find out this man was the store manager Tyrone. Such a terrible way to approach a customer that he had to restart and say “Let me restart I’m the store Manager what is the problem?” In no way shape or form was there a problem to begin with. I was only inquiring about my purchase to this lady & he goes “don’t talk to her she’s new.” Is this how store manager’s/ or even just a normal human being conducts themselves? Disgusting behavior, he needs a new job & definitely not one in customer service.

  Thank you Glenn and Madison!!! Wonderful customer service Glenn is so fun and funny. True customer service is at this location. And yes the return policy is 30 days , I'm sure if you can't decide if you want the glasses or not in 30 days then you shouldn't be buying them.

  I bought a new pair of Maui Jim sunglasses on July 2nd of this year. On August 3rd, I realized that the nose pad had fallen off on one side. Sunglass Hut. The retailer, did nothing for me. When I bought them, they gave me the floor sample. They told me today that’s what they always do. I know that’s a lie because I’ve bought from there before. Anyway, Maui Jim wants me to pay to ship them the sunglasses so they can repair them. They can’t send me nose pads. They clearly aren’t supporting their substandard product at all. I pay more for quality eyewear. I expect quality. Clearly, I was a fool to buy Maui Jim’s. And I was a fool to shop at Sunglasses Hut too. I’ll stick to Ray Bans going forward. What a joke. I’ll deal with a retailer and product that appreciates their customers. Neither Subglass Hut or Maui Jim do.
