- NNN NDec 11, 20222.0I shop at express often, but unfortunately, that is going to change. I made a purchase recently, but I noticed it was damaged when I got home. The next day I went o return the item and told the sales associate the item was damaged. After the return, I saw the sales associate put the security tag back on the item and put it back on a hanger. Seeing that they do that, I will not be returning to purchase items there since it seems they don't care if the item is damaged or not.
