- ACAlyssa CastilloOct 25, 20251.0If i could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I went in and approached the only employee there and spoke to her about a purchase I had made. When out of ABSOLUTELY nowhere a random man approached me very aggressively and interrupted my conversation with “what’s the problem?” as I was very confused as to who he was I asked “excuse me why are you being so aggressive?” Still at this point did he not introduce himself that he was an employee at this location. Come to find out this man was the store manager Tyrone. Such a terrible way to approach a customer that he had to restart and say “Let me restart I’m the store Manager what is the problem?” In no way shape or form was there a problem to begin with. I was only inquiring about my purchase to this lady & he goes “don’t talk to her she’s new.” Is this how store manager’s/ or even just a normal human being conducts themselves? Disgusting behavior, he needs a new job & definitely not one in customer service.

His answer will b simple o call customer service. Wouldn't recommend going into store but rather just buy online or another shop. Very unhelpful management and team. 7-11 will have bette service and sunglass options
