- IBIzzy bFeb 23, 20261.0They will wait until the last minute to close the mall due to a storm. There’s a travel ban until noon but as of right now they expect us to open at 1pm. They are notorious for this.
- TSTaras StashkevychFeb 22, 20265.0Good mall! Food options are decent, especially they added a few places recently. Zara is coming which is huge for this mall. Nice brands, no so crowded as Roosevelt's Mall.

Weekends seem to get busy so something to keep in mind. Mall its only one level but still has a decent amount of stores and shops along with a food court. There's out door seating so when weather its nice its nice to visit. Corridors and restrooms are kept clean, plus security is on site. Atleast whwm I visited i didn't see any rowdy crowds. You'll find massage chairs, there's a cheesecake factory aswell. Overall i enjoyed my time here i drove from NYC. Definitely worth visiting.

Many of the storefronts are empty, giving the mall a somewhat desolate vibe. The cleanliness is also an issue. There was noticeable litter in the common areas, and the restrooms were not well-maintained. It's a shame because the mall has potential, but it needs some serious updates and better upkeep. The shopping experience itself is just okay. The stores are what you'd expect, but there's nothing particularly unique or exciting about the mall. With a little investment and attention to detail, Smith Haven could be a much more appealing destination.
