I was told to return them in-store and drove 40 minutes, only to be met by a so-called manager who immediately accused me of having “no receipt” and said there’s “a lot of theft in this store.” He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Only after Customer Service got involved did his tone change, but by then the damage was done. Completely unacceptable treatment — I will think twice before ever shopping at Express again.
