  Love this store however I went into Smithhaven mall location and was completely dismissed by the only worker there, not sure if her name she was a petite Spanish girl. Very rude did not want to be bothered, had the only attitude and eveytime I asked a question rolled her eyes. When we left my fiancé said the same thing and he doesn’t ever pay attention to anything. Very insulting destroys not be working at a clothing store

  the young girl working in the dressing room area today (aug 6) around 1 did an awful job at making customers feel comfortable trying on clothes. gave dirty looks and made negative comments out loud so they could hear. disgusting behavior.

  Today was my first and last time coming here. The woman in charge of the fitting rooms came off as rude to me. I went to the fitting rooms and saw that the doors were closed (and locked), the small wipe boards had names on them, and the number of items each person had so i waited assuming there were people in there. There was no employee in sight. More people came and a line started to form behind me and finally the employee appears and she greets them and apologizes then shifts her attention to me and tells me "you know you could have just hit the bell if you needed help, right?". I have never gone to AE before, how could i have known there were bells in the fitting rooms that existed for that?! The fitting room rings a bell every time a customer comes in! How is this my responsibility? I left the jeans i planned to buy behind and went elsewhere. This was my first and last time here.
