  Joy, you and your store better learn how to do better by paying customers. Every recent review on here is a disaster, including what I watched my SO experience earlier today. Good luck this holiday season.

  Do not order items for store pick up here. Employees just put the items back onto the shelves with no notice to the customer. The store and online customer service will do the bare minimum to avoid any responsibility. Just pay for the shipping.

  Love this store however I went into Smithhaven mall location and was completely dismissed by the only worker there, not sure if her name she was a petite Spanish girl. Very rude did not want to be bothered, had the only attitude and eveytime I asked a question rolled her eyes. When we left my fiancé said the same thing and he doesn’t ever pay attention to anything. Very insulting destroys not be working at a clothing store
