  One thing I hate is when workers try to sell me stuff I don’t look good in. My friends were at work and I needed an honest opinion. The worker in the fitting room was so kind and was honest- we loved the pants but didn’t love the top. She then went on a hunt to help me find the perfect top. I walked away with just the pants not a top but I also walked away with a great sense of girlhood<3 I’m sick of being pressured to buy to push the sale (I also work in retail). She and the cashier made me trust that though great workers can secure a sale, they can also be a girl too and help another woman out. Will be back! <3

  I wouldn’t even give it one star, but you have to. I went there in December for Christmas shopping. I wanted to use a coupon but they told me I needed to show my credit card. I did not have it with me. So the manager proceeded to show me a green little card and said to scan it to bring up my credit card so they can finish the purchase so my granddaughter did that and it asked her a couple of questions. We answered it and a card came up. Well little did I know that opened a new credit card for me. I wasn’t even the one that did it. I got a notification of a new open credit card and went back to the woman and she hid the green card and said no I didn’t show you anything. I’m not sure if they get credit for every person they get to open a credit card but something happened and they fraudulently opened a credit card for me. I then had to go to Credit Karma and Equifax and report this and they close the account because it showed I had two American Eagle Credit cards. Now I am trying to get the hard inquiry off my credit report. The manager that did this should be fired. Everyone just beware when they say we need to see your card scan this. I don’t know if anyone’s gonna have the balls to call me about this from corporate. Just want everyone to be aware.

  I went to Aerie at Smith Haven Mall today, and the girl with blue polo shirt who supposed to be helping me, but she is not helpful at all, I asked when I was at the fitting room if she could get the other bra for me , and she said I could get it, and after that her and the other girl were talking behind me and laugh after, I don’t have this experience before, very poor service.

  If I could give more stars I would! Every time I walk in Off-line and Aerie in the Smithhaven Mall, I am greeted and assisted right away!!! They tell me what’s in style what’s new!!! What’s on sale!!! I’m a huge shopper of your brand and I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while now! What is making me hop on and write it today? Is Afifah!!! Just ONE of your amazing employees! I of-course needed to run in and see what was new even though I was running low on time, she assisted me and started ringing me up- Set up my whole transaction while I ran around the store- so I could be in and out of there!! She did this on her own without being asked, she took the initiative!! I’ll say it again SHE took the initiative, Almost unheard of these days, right? I was able to spend $200 within eight minutes! Because of her $200 more dollars was put in your register! The level of staff in this location is a huge reflection of your management! People sell product. Thank you for always making my experience a memorable one :)

  I like the store and the clothing but what the hell all these workers approach me every 2 seconds. I know that is their jobs but what the hell I mean come on what the hell I talked to you once I don't want to try on all these random clothes I don't want to buy it's so unpleasent would never return honestly. Shame.
