  I went to buy three shirts for my daughter and the manager Maira was very rude and the security guards were aggressive which makes me not want to shop at a store that does not treat customers with respect.

  Self check out performs random checks. How about they have more than one cashier for 30 people on line. How about the person doing the random check says hello. How about if we have to work for the store you don't treat us like criminals, or if the store is full of criminals, you have better security over all.

  I visited this store for the first time, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. The customer service was disappointing — the young staff seemed tired and unmotivated. At the checkout, the cashier didn’t bother to fold the clothes I purchased, which felt quite unprofessional. The company should really focus more on staff training and hiring, because with this level of service, it’s hard to want to come back.

  I went there to get some shirt and the sign said 9 dollars on the side I was picking from and 10 dollars on the other side so when I went or check out it rang up as 10 dollars, and when I went back to check the price, they switched the sign. Terrible customer service.

  Ya no tienen los precios de antes, la misma calidad regular-mala. Hoy me tocó esperar a un manager que nunca llegó para preguntar por qué me salía más cara una prenda de lo que indicaba la etiqueta... Creen que el tiempo de uno no vale nada. I'LL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN
