  Honestly the worst Manager and security team. Do not go to this place, very rude people here who will profile you. Never have i been treated this way, hopefully either the place shuts down or new team.

  Staff were very rude. I was at the store today on Wednesday around 12-1 PM. I had a big bag; two large items and the lady asked to see my receipt which I had no problem doing upon leaving the mall side of the store. I gave her my receipt and she proceeded to say: “just two items?” As she looked through my bag. Not a ‘have a good day or anything’? She just assumed I was stealing because of the large bag with a receipt listing two items. Very rude people. I used to love this store and used to come here all the time especially around the holiday season. I will not be spending any more money at this location due to the rude customer service.

  Horrible place to shop. I picked up 3 bathrobes no price on them but brought one up that had a price on it same exact bathrobe but different size the price said 20 dollars they were ringing up for 25 dollars the RUDE manager said we forgot to take the 20 price tag off of that one and told me no you have to pay the 25 dollars. My daughter works retail and said absolutely not they are supposed to honor the price that was labeled that was there mistake. And I have never dealt with staff that are so mean and nasty.

  I don't recommend this place here, they only try to steal money from you when the whole product doesn't arrive, it tells you that they can't return your money if I arrive, so the product arrives that doesn't make sense it's supposed that you pay for things to go well not to get incomplete and then they don't want to give you the money since they don't have it enabled either.

  Self check out performs random checks. How about they have more than one cashier for 30 people on line. How about the person doing the random check says hello. How about if we have to work for the store you don't treat us like criminals, or if the store is full of criminals, you have better security over all.
