I thanked them and was about to head out when the female employee stopped me and said, “I hate to see someone leave empty-handed,” and handed me a vape for free. I regret not getting her name. Totally unexpected and genuinely appreciated. That kind of customer service says a lot. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone looking for a shop that actually treats people well.

I was told by the store manager I'm loitering and kicked out after donating time and even a desk when they first started out. Unfortunately they do not support the community that they stand in.
