Beware the Alpaca corner pop-up shop in this mall. They are extremely sketchy - offering to give a "better deal" on prices if you give them things as a trade for their over-priced and in-authentic products (but only if they think they can screw you on the value of what you are trading in). They attempted to take advantage of someone by having them trade in their vintage ipod for a "better deal" despite the ipod being worth quite some money now, especially since it still works. I hope they soon go out of business for their scammy practices. This under-the-table scummy "trade in" method is gross and something you would normally only see in counterfeit product dealings done illegally on the street - and should be taken as a warning as to how gross and immoral this shop is. They are selling a hat from Cloud Nine that retails on Macy's for $40-60 dollars for $200, shamelessly, and do not accept refunds because they are here to scam people for their money. Please do not shop here. They will screw you and they do not care at all if they are screwing you. They are horrible scummy people. They are also marketing this hat as a "woman's hat" despite it being a male-style and male-sized hat if you google image search them, again for an outrageous price well over the fair market price. They took advantage of my boyfriend this way and are absolute lying schills. Both women who work here are lousy liars. One is blonde and on the older side, in her late 40s, likely older, and the other is in her 30s with black hair and dramatic eye make up. Do not trust either of them. They will lie about what your family members will like or be able to wear, to the point of lying if it is a traditional male or female style, on top of upselling it over $100, and maybe also attempt to have you give up a valuable possession of your's for a "deal" as well. Disgusting, shameful behavior. This hat also does not have a price tag on it in the store and they seem to set the price for it by how scammable they think the customer buying it is on the spot. They are essentially looking for people to screw and setting the price to screw. Absolutely gross behavior. Never something I've seen before in a nice American mall but something I have dealt with before when backpacking internationally. Walt Whitman should be better vetting the pop-up shops they allow for this scammy behavior. Their products are also sub-par quality for absurd prices. Please buy UGG or Sorel instead if you are looking for slippers and boots - their products are actually cheaper than this place's garbage and do not fund a scammy shop that takes advantage of people. The clerk lied to my boyfriend and claimed the hat was a woman's hat, even though it is male-sized, and marked it up over $100 from the retail price. Unfortunately, in NYS, it is legal to not give a refund as long as a sign is posted near the register that says "No Refunds". In theory they are also supposed to verbally make the customer aware of this, which this shop did not do with my boyfriend, so please be aware *they are not offering refunds and are not offering them because they know they are scamming and taking advantage of people with insane mark-ups for products worth less than half the value*. I think it is very likely that this company is also screwing any workers in Peru associated with the products (if they buy anything from direct artisans or suppliers) due to their clear lack of morals here in the US. All the more reason to boycott this shop. You are better off buying directly from the brands, which you can easily do online (sheepskin.com, attached) as they are scamming people on the product prices in the stores. You will get a much better price and will be able to return the product. Absolute gross scammers. I also would not trust them with my credit card number as they clearly have no morals and will be reporting them to the BBB and Consumer Affairs. I hope Walt Whitman realizes they are letting the rift-raft in and ends their lease. Disgusting behavior, especially around the holidays.

Icon Mall on Long Island. One of only two true malls left in this area. One level, high end shops make this a great and convenient place to shop or just walk and browse.
