We each needed an outfit for an event we were attending in East Hampton the very next day. And with only 25 minutes before the mall closed, we were scrambling, panicking and quickly losing hope. Then we met the store associate, Sarah! She immediately came around the corner and started helping us navigate the store and giving us suggestions based on the limited information we gave her about what we needed. She was pairing outfits for me, finding me my right sizes, and I ended up leaving with the perfect pair of shoes and shirt to go with a pair of pants I had previously purchased. She was literally our lifesaver! She made everything come together for us, on top of being so personable, cool, and sweet. So we wanted to reach out and make sure she got recognition for how great of a person and employee she is! I’ve never met another store associate anywhere who was so quick and willing to help. We could tell she actually cared. She’s stellar and we are forever thankful to her for that night!
