  Very clean store but not worth the trip if more than 10 min ride. No sales compared to other places that sell carhartt. Service was non existent until I purchased a t shirt and a beanie for my child. 2 coworkers walking in circles one minute then lingering in the corner the next. The gentlemen that rang me up was very nice and respectful and went out of his way to talk to myself, my wife and 2 children. Very small selection for a carhartt store as well. I drive a tractor trailer in ny and I am out in the elements all day everyday and was very disappointed I couldnt not find more than a beanie throughout an entire store. Was looking to spend a few hundred dollars on clothes for myself and family. Will not be returning nor will I recommend this store to the other 44 drivers I work with. Tractor supply has a big carhartt selection and better prices.

  Such an accommodating store. If you have any issues online or you are like me and need to see and feel things for yourself, i strongly suggest making a spot here. Patrick the manager is extremely helpful, Justin is great, the whole staff is just so nice. It's just a very comfortable and wonderful experience shopping there. They're so with it and helpful.

  while I love their products I cannot recommend you order online. I ordered a few hats and the package never arrived. I have contacted Carhartt and they told me to keep waitign for delivery. I asked them to follow up with the carrier they told me to do it! Even though it should be them, I did. Both DHL and USPS told me they do NOT have the package. I relayed the information and they still insist it is on the way refusing to refund me the money or send me the items again. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE WITH THEM! they do not stand behind their delivery!
