- AWAmanda WilburNov 13, 20251.01 star because zero isn’t an option. Was refused a return even though I had my receipt. Employee stated I couldn’t return the two items I had and wanted to return because I didn’t have everything I ordered and stated it would have to be an exchange. Absolutely absurd. Will not shop at this location. Customer service however was very kind and helpful. They sent me a return label so I can inconveniently take them to ups and wait 2 weeks to be refunded.

I shop almost exclusively for pants and boxers here ( lacking in longevity but the comfort is amazing). The workers here have always been kind and attentive to me. You are paying for the brand when you shop here so calling products overpriced and discrediting the location for that seems ubsurd to me.
