- KGKathleen GibsonApr 8, 20264.0Great store, neat and organized. Plenty of choices in sizes. Large shoe section and pocket book section. Dressing rooms and not clutered and restroom was clean. I had an issue with a cashier not being able to find my online order and asked if I wanted to return it. I asked for a manager who located on the shelf where it was supposed to be. That is the reason for the 4 star review. The staff.

- JEJames EhrhardtMar 22, 20261.0This particular store has very poor customer service. I purchased two shirts from the store and the employee did not remove the security tags. When I went back to my car, I realized that one of the security tags was still on it and had to wait back in line for someone to remove it and not be apologized to. When I got back home, I realized the other shirt had the security tag on it as well. So this wasn’t just an accident, this is a matter of incompetence of the employees not removing security tags. I went back today to get it removed, I had to wait in line again and once again wasn’t even apologized for a second inconvenience. For a brand new store, they need to do a lot better, otherwise they’re gonna go out of business. I personally won’t be returning.

When I arrived to the store I was told online orders are to be picked up at the front register that does not have a separate section for online order pickup (which majority of stores have). I waited nearly 30 minutes on the line to pick up my order. They need to do better with online order pickup
