When I arrived to the store I was told online orders are to be picked up at the front register that does not have a separate section for online order pickup (which majority of stores have). I waited nearly 30 minutes on the line to pick up my order. They need to do better with online order pickup

It looks like a Burlington Coat Factory bargain store...except that the merchandise is expensive. I don't understand the 5 star ratings. One positive thing I can say is that the store has a LOT of merchandise. However, I couldn't find one thing that I wanted to buy.
