  Went inside today looking for some clothes for my vacation soon and at the end I was checked out by a beautiful, sweet woman named Ester! She was so sweet and friendly and got me all checked out. She brings a very pleasant atmosphere here! Very satisfied with her customer service 😊

  Everyone is so welcoming once you’re inside! I’ve been scrambling trying to find last minute outfits for Coachella and Sofia and Shyan were so helpful and kind my entire time at the store! They were very patient and answered any questions I had. They are great!!!!

  Amazing costumer service by Kimberly she was excellent and with a few questions she knew exactly what I was looking for and made it so simple and gave me the option to order it and I’m excited for the dress to come in we need more people like her.

  Absolutely LOVE this store!!! I stopped in on Friday looking for a new outfit for that night and somehow walked out with an entirely new wardrobe!! There were so many cute styles that it was genuinely hard to narrow down my favorites. Luckily, I had the help of the incredibly kind store manager, Sofia. She was WONDERFUL! I was browsing near the front trying to find the right size for a dress, and she noticed I was struggling right away. Not only did she go out of her way to track down the last one in my size, but she also helped me put together several other outfits. She was warm, friendly, and highly professional—the way she seamlessly managed the floor while still giving me her full attention was truly impressive. She made the entire experience feel personal, like I was shopping with a friend! Sofia escorted me to the register when I was finally ready to check out. I had a massive pile of clothes, but Jocelyn was ready for me and patiently helped me sort everything out, which I really appreciated. I wanted to leave this review not only because I’m so happy with my new outfits, but because the level of service I received from Sofia and her team really stood out. I usually shop online because in-store shopping—especially alone—can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Sofia made the entire experience fun, easy, and genuinely enjoyable. I left the store feeling excited and confident, and I couldn’t wait to wear all my new fits! As someone who also works in sales, I especially appreciate the way Sofia runs her store and the care she shows customers. I can’t wait to come back and shop there again! 😁

  Probably the worst customer service experience ever. Waited on line for approx 15 minutes with 2 people in front of me. Needed to return 1 item. When I was called to the register the representative was unable to process my return due to receiving an error message on their end. She asked me if I wouldn't mind taking to the return to the UPS store instead. She insisted that she would take care of everything and all I had to do was drop it off. Trying to be understanding I agreed. She put the item in a bag and I left for the UPS store. Once I got to the UPS store they scaned the QR code and said the item needed to be opened so they can view it and scan the item. I was then also told this was considered a happy bar return. No idea what that meant but I proceeded with the return. What I was never told at any point was that there is a fee for a happy bar return. So now I have made two trips one to the Windsor store and one to the UPS store and I was still charged a fee to return this item. Absolutely terrible customer service.
