Long post warning.
I want to share my wonderful experience as I made my first purchase of an LV bag.
From walking in the door, my representative Kevin was so amazing. When walking in the door he was in the mist of a project but quickly put that on hold as I asked was he available to assist me. He said absolutely. I expressed that I was looking to stay within a specific price range and that this is a birthday gift to myself. He didn't make me feel out of place or uncomfortable. I already had an idea of the bag I wanted. He immediately showed the bag to me but he also showed me other options within my desired design choice. In conversation he heard me mention what my favorite color is and some other details. He immediately locked in and showed me a bag in my favorite color. Man...I really liked that bag but wanted to stay within my price range. He offered water and bought it to us on a serving tray. (What an experience..lol) I just wanted to acknowledge the amazing customer service I received from Kevin.
Kevin, THANK YOU so much for making my first purchase fun and exciting and most of all comfortable!!!

I was initially worried about receiving poor service due to some negative reviews, but Robin completely exceeded our expectations. She was attentive, caring, and incredibly patient throughout our visit. Her level of customer service truly made all the difference.
Because of her, we had such a great experience. When we return, we will definitely be asking for Robin again. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visits to the Louis Vuitton store at Roosevelt Field Mall. On both occasions, an Asian male sales associate was incredibly arrogant and cold, (same guy same disgusting attitude) offering no assistance whatsoever and seeming bothered by my presence. Furthermore, when I requested samples, I was given only what he chose and misled about the available options. This level of service is unacceptable and does not align with the brand's reputation. I hope this feedback leads to necessary changes.
I only bought it because I needed a birthday gift.....

Lazy staff , I miss my old sales associate! They don’t answer texts and they don’t care about the reviews! The staff forgets their staff! just because you work in luxury don’t mean you are luxury! Can’t even get any customer service after spending thousands of dollars here
