  Working with the team at H.L. Gross & Bro. was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with genuine hospitality and professionalism. Having previously purchased from the boutique, it was especially meaningful to be recognized and greeted by Krysi, who immediately connected me with Brad, one of the owners—something that speaks volumes about the culture and values of this family business. I had long admired a particular timepiece and was surprised to see it again in the showcase, given its rarity. During my conversation with Brad, I mentioned that my wife and I are celebrating 40 years together. Moments later, he shared that the very piece I was trying on was available—an incredible and truly memorable surprise. After spending time with Brad and Matt, partners and brothers, it became clear that relationships, trust, and long-term client experience are at the core of everything they do. That level of service is rare and truly sets this boutique apart.   We made an appointment on line to see a watch. They confirmed the appointment by email the day of the appointment. We show up and they knew about the appointment. They still made us wait for a particular person even though they knew we were just there to see one watch. Finally the lady shows up after we had been waiting and she takes us to the watches, tells us the watch we made an appointment to see was not there and asked us what else we would like to see. Thanks for wasting our time!

  I found a bracelet online at HL Gross and went into the store to view it. I was immediately greeted by Cory Terraccino who showed me the bracelet and several others that met my criteria. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and assisted me in narrowing down my choices. He was more than professional, and made my shopping experience pleasant and easy. The store has an extensive selection of exquisite jewelry, and I will definitely be back!

  My experience working with H.L. Gross was , if I may quote Tina Turner . “Simply the best better than all the rest” and Krysi was the reason why. She was warm, professional and knowledgeable. Krysi and the watchmaker, made sure my watch was serviced and returned in record time. If you love your Rolex as much as I love mine or want to some fine jewelry to add to your life go see Krysi and the team at H.L. Gross.

  Shana was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Made the process super easy was in constant communication with any concerns or questions that I had both with the diamond and setting. The ring came out exactly how I wanted. Let me know if there's any issues in the future that can contact and come in at any time for any sort of follow ups, will be back regarding bands in the future, along with any other purchases that may come along.
