  Very very poor customer service ,rude behaviour from manager ,never visit again and will never recommend this place ever because of manager ,my friend bought dress for me ,she gifted me ,doesn’t fit on me ,it was in my car ,very light stain on it but we have cleaned it there and he said we saw the stain (either it was temporary) we cannot return ,I told him we are your pretty old customers always come here but he don’t listen ,then I was rude with him too ,no offense ,tell me one thing you guys got the shipment ,you always got neat and clean dresses you are also doing this thing with us but yes pathetic place and I left the dress there and told them garbage it ,but this thing will always come in my mind it was $75 .and dress is with you please post dress picture here so that everyone can see the truth

  I visited this location three times over the past three weeks and it just so happens that it’s always within 90 minutes of the open and close time, And the store is always closed. Cleary this management team doesn’t adhere to the standard operating hours that are listed online and they don’t value their customers. The store was supposed to be open at 11 AM today, And I was there at 11:30 and there was not a single crew Member in sight and the doors were locked.There were seven other customers, including myself standing outside, confused as to why the Location wasn’t open. I went last Friday night as well around 6:30 PM and the store is supposed to be open until 8 PM and the doors were locked then as well! I called express customer service and their response was to find a different location. Needless to say, I will no longer be a patron or customer! So crazy!

  I had an excellent experience at Express. I came in looking for an elegant suit for my first job, and the service I received was amazing from start to finish. The lady working in the fitting room was very kind and helpful, and she even asked another young associate to assist me as well. The other associate was incredibly patient and brought me different outfit options that suited me very well, helping me find the perfect size. You could really tell that they genuinely cared about making me feel comfortable and confident with my choice. I don’t remember the exact name of one of them, but I believe it was Herreina (not sure about the spelling). Regardless, I want to highlight how outstanding the service was. I felt very welcomed and truly valued as a customer. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! ✨💙

  First time here, and I was pleasantly surprised. Very busy for Black Friday, but very neat and organized and well stocked as well. Plenty of salespeople roaming, all of whom were very helpful. Plus they have comfortable couches to sit on while you wait for your wife to shop. ♿️
